About the Quality Management course Competence requirements: We recommend that all participants in the training have a basic knowledge of the requirements of the ISO 9001 standard. If you have no experience with ISO 9001 and quality management, you may benefit from taking part in the Basic Quality Management course prior to your participation in the Quality Management course. We would like to point out that the training is intensive and that a satisfactory outcome and exam result requires that you are well prepared and make an active effort during the training.
