About Automotive Core tools - FMEA, Failure Mode Effect Analysis Course content: - Design and process FMEA: - Basic methods - Background and history – FMEA Version 4 - Customer requirements, Special & Significant characteristics coverage and communication - Overall overview of equipment, design and process FMEA, what is what and where are these tools used - Detailed review of the design and process FMEA methodology, including flowcharts and control plans - Practical tasks with workshops where the participants work with cases, preferably from their own organisation. Flowcharts, FMEA and control plans are prepared, which are reviewed and evaluated jointly - Introduction to FMEA Version 5 Yield: After completing the course, the participants are able to implement, operate and lead design and process FMEA in their own organization as well as to uncover relevant process flow and prepare control plans. Teacher: Jacob Helms Havgaard. Jacob has extensive industrial experience with quality management in the Automotive and Wind Power industries.
