About the CQI and IRCA Lead Auditor course Our experienced instructors guide you through the entire audit process, from preparing the audit program to reporting the audit results. The teaching is organized as a combination of theoretical presentations, role plays, group work and discussion. The course ends with a competence-providing exam. Description: The course is structured so that participants gain the necessary knowledge and skills to carry out first-, second- and third-party audits of management systems based on the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. The course is based on the guidelines in ISO 19011 as regards first- and second-party audits and the requirements in ISO 17021 as regards third-party audits. The course is registered and certified by CQI and IRCA and meets the requirements for the formal training of persons who wish to register under CQI and IRCA or another equivalent auditor certification scheme. We point out that participation in the course and passing the exam does not automatically give you access to becoming a certified/registered auditor. For information on the requirements for certification/registration of CQI and IRCA auditors, please contact CQI and IRCA directly. Details of the course: - The participants' performance is continuously evaluated during the course and at the end of the course using an exam without aids - A 'Certificate of Achievement' is issued to the participants who pass both the ongoing evaluation and the written exam - A CQI and IRCA 'Certificate of Achievement' allows you to be registered as a Lead Auditor at CQI and IRCA. Prerequisite: In order to pass the course, you are expected to have the following knowledge of the principles of management systems: - The improvement wheel: Plan, Do, Check, Act - The connection between quality management and customer satisfaction - The requirements in the High Level Structure - Knowledge of the requirements of ISO 9001:2015. This knowledge can be obtained, for example, by participating in our course Basic quality management according to ISO 9001:2015. The course is held in Danish with Danish material.
