About Strategic development of management systems Contents In the theoretical part of the course, we review: - Development of a strategy for the management system o The management system as an execution tool o The management system as support for the business strategy o Stakeholder analysis, risks and opportunities o Goals, plans and direction in strategy development of management systems o Presentation of methods for preparing a strategy for the management system and linking it to the business' overall goals The course assumes that the participants have access to and must bring the individual company's strategic plans and goals in one form or another. The course consists of - A theory and tool part - A part where the participants make their first proposal for a strategy for the management system - A discussion and presentation part - A coaching part which takes place 2-3 weeks after the course. You decide the content of your personal coaching session and what to focus on in the session. The coaching session lasts 2 hours and is your opportunity to discuss challenges and issues with the instructor, who has broad and many years of experience in working with management systems and strategy. Coaching takes place in a virtual meeting via Teams, Skype etc. Eq. and is included in the price. Target group The course is targeted at those responsible for the development and operation of the management system within one of the common management system standards, e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc. The course is exclusive with a limited number of places, where all participants have the opportunity to discuss experiences and challenges with the instructor and the other participants.
