About APQP4Wind Specialist Training Target group Quality managers, coordinators, experts, systems people and others directly involved in the APQP4Wind process. Content - The APQP4Wind process - PPAP - content and levels - The FMEA process - Capacity - The MSA process Learning objectives After this course, participants will be able to: APQP4Wind - Understand the process - Communicate this understanding to colleagues - Overview and understanding of documents - Facilitate and plan PPAP processes - Communicate the process to colleagues The FMEA process - Understand systematic risk assessment - Facilitate FMEA processes - Use RPN scales and critical characteristics Capacity - Understand the use and benefits of capacity studies - Implement SPC - Understand the results - Communicate results and conclusions The MSA process - Implement the MSA - Implement SPC - Understand results - Communicate results and conclusions Review and approval - Understand and evaluate results - Report and disseminate results - Understand and sign the PSW Details of the course - The course is interactive and is held as a combination of theoretical presentations and discussion of central topics. The course ends with a short multiple choice test. - The training is held online - A course certificate is issued to all participants who pass the test. The certificate is valid for 4 years. - The course is delivered by instructors with extensive experience in the wind industry - The duration of the course is 4 days (28 hours excluding breaks) - An APQP4Wind manual is included in the course fee - The course is also offered as a company-specific course and can be delivered at your company's address - When the original course certificate expires after 4 years, the participant can renew his certificate by taking part in a short Refresher course. This course must be completed no earlier than 6 months and no later than 3 months after the expiry of the original certificate. If the participant does not renew his certificate within the specified period, he/she will have to attend a new APQP4Wind Specialist Training to be recertified. Do you need more information?
