About Effective prevention of food fraud Target group: The course is aimed at you who work professionally with quality management in your company, e.g. as a quality manager. Content: The course lasts one day, where we cover these themes, among other things: - What is the scope and how do you spot the weak links? - Methods for preventing food fraud. - What requirements are there in the certification standards to prevent food fraud? - How are risk analyzes and prevention of food fraud audited? On the course we will also discuss risk mitigation activities - including vulnerability assessment, control measures and other methods for risk assessment.
