About Internal audit of management systems based on ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 Content: - Why internal audit? - Planning of audits (audit annual cycle, establishment of audit team) - Preparation of audits (preparation of checklists) - Covering "holes" in the management system and the effective questioning technique - The role of the auditor and the human qualities - Implementation of audits (opening meeting, audit and closing meeting) - Reporting (deviations, improvements and follow-up) Target group: The course is relevant for anyone who has to lead and/or participate in internal audits of the management system according to ISO 14001 and/or ISO 45001. The course is aimed at both certified companies and companies that simply work according to the management standards without being certified. If you have mastered the basic audit techniques, we recommend the course Risk-based internal audit. Yield: On the course, you will have the opportunity to sharpen your auditor skills both in terms of the process and the human aspects of the role of auditor. The goal is that after the course you are ready to carry out effective internal audits that create improvements and changes in your company. It is recommended that, prior to participating in the course, you have a basic knowledge of the structure of the management system standards (High Level Structure) and requirements. Teaching method and teachers: The course is focused on you as a participant getting as much training as possible in the new things you have to learn. There will be short theoretical presentations and group work and exercises, and of course you will receive ongoing feedback from your fellow students and the teacher on your performance. The theoretical part of the course is based on the audit guideline ISO 19011 and the management system standards ISO 14001 and ISO 45001. The instructors on the course are themselves leading auditors with many years of experience with audit and management systems.
