Target group Senior managers, managers and quality managers who work in companies that supply the wind industry. Content - The APQP4Wind process - PPAP - process and tools - Implementation of the APQP4Wind process Learning objectives After this course, participants will be able to: The APQP4Wind process - Understand the process - Communicate this understanding to customers and employees PPAP - Understand the background and values of using the process (the framework) - Understand, identify and collect data Implementation of the APQP4Wind process - Identify the key risks and opportunities using the APQP4Wind process - Secure the necessary resources and competences - Evaluate status, progress and effectiveness The participants' level of knowledge will be evaluated using a short multiple choice test in connection with the end of the course. Details of the course - The course is interactive and held as a combination of theoretical presentations and exercises/group work. The course ends with a short multiple choice test. - A course certificate is issued to all participants who pass the test. The certificate is valid for 4 years. - Experienced instructors with extensive experience in the wind industry - The duration of the course is 7 hours excl. meals and breaks - The course is also offered as a company-specific course and can be delivered at your company's address - When the original course certificate expires after 4 years, the participant can renew his certificate by taking part in a short Refresher course. This course must be completed no earlier than 6 months and no later than 3 months after the expiry of the original certificate. If the participant does not renew his certificate within the specified period, he/she will have to attend a new APQP4Wind Management Awareness course to be recertified. Do you need more information?
