About Auditor course - Quality management In the course, we focus on auditor tools, human qualities as an auditor, the understanding of a process-oriented management system and the role of the auditor in connection with the internal marketing of the quality management system. The theoretical part of the course is based on DS/EN ISO 19011:2018 and a case in DS/EN ISO 9001:2015. Content: - Basic principles of quality management - Process-oriented quality management - The human aspects of auditing - Preparation, implementation, reporting and follow-up of audits - Identification of deviations and improvements as well as the work with corrective actions - Internal audit as a management tool - Live audit in practice. The course is a combination of theory, practice and discussion. We recommend that before the course you have read through DS/EN ISO 9001:2015 and have knowledge of DS/EN ISO 19011:2018. Target group: Everyone who carries out or is responsible for internal auditing according to DS/EN ISO 9001:2015.
