About Personal certification DS/INSTA 800 - knowledge level 4 By participating in the course, you will gain the following knowledge: - Overview of the standard's definitions - Get a handle on all the standard's technical terms - Principles and processes – The 5 quality levels and control - Measurement methods – How and for what are the two measurement methods used? - Measurement and assessment – When is clean, clean enough? And how is the quality of the cleaning measured? - Statistical conditions for quality measurement – Introduction to frequency of control, measurement schedule, sampling method - Reporting of results from control - How INSTA 800 is used in connection with tenders Target group: Anyone who needs thorough knowledge of the entire standard, e.g. planners at cleaning suppliers, purchasing managers or others who are responsible for preparing purchasing documents in connection with the offer of cleaning services. The course is relevant for employees employed in e.g. cleaning companies, hospitals, nursing homes, institutions, shopping centres, the transport industry, hotels etc. Teaching method: You will be introduced to the principles of cleaning according to INSTA 800, and you will receive tools, training and feedback, so that after the course you will be able to introduce the INSTA 800 method in your own workplace. The teaching is organized as a combination of theoretical lectures, group work and discussion. The course ends with a voluntary qualification exam that gives you the opportunity to document that you are a certified cleaning inspector or planner in accordance with the requirements of INSTA 800. Yield: After the course you will be: - Thorough introduction to INSTA 800's basic principles - Able to set up a cleaning quality system based on INSTA 800 - Able to determine and assess cleaning quality based on the agreed quality - Person-certified INSTA 800 inspector (upon passing the exam) - Able to report the result of a completed control - Dress well to use the INSTA 800 in connection with the preparation of tenders - Person-certified INSTA 800 planner and person-certified inspector (upon passing the exam).
