Content: On the course, you will be updated on the tools, methods and techniques you need to plan, implement, report and follow up on remote audits, and you will learn about the advantages and disadvantages of this form of audit. In the course we cover the following topics: - Audit as a management tool - Advantages and disadvantages of remote audit - ISO 19011 – audit principles, processes and guidelines - Audit techniques in a "remote" context - Communication, focus, behaviour, interruptions and disturbances - Difficulties and pitfalls - How to assess audit results when you are not physically present - Methods and tools - How to ensure a good audit program - Structure, questions, verification and testimony - This is how you define a deviation, good practice and areas for improvement - How to report and communicate audit results to all stakeholders - Follow-up on audits Target group: The course is aimed at employees in the company who must lead and carry out (or participate in) remote audits in their own processes or as a tool in connection with audits of suppliers, sub-suppliers and/or other stakeholders. For optimal benefit from the course, it is important that you have knowledge of common audit terminology and the requirements of one of the ISO standards (e.g. ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 or ISO 27001).
