Are you an ex-pat yourself and need to understand the Danes or your new colleagues in some of the other Nordic countries better? Then you can book coaching on an hourly basis; first session is 2 hours. Most foreigners wonder about Denmark and the Danes and do not fully understand us. But once you know the background to our social model in the Nordics, new opportunities open up to thrive both personally and professionally. In addition, you can avoid culture clashes in the workplace, whether it is between colleagues or in terms of management style. With personal coaching, you firstly get the opportunity for a deep journey into the heart of Nordic culture and the national differences in the Nordics. Here you will meet our colleges and the public education that shaped first Denmark and then the rest of the Nordic region and made us one of the world's happiest, most well-functioning and business-friendly regions in the world. You will also have the opportunity to discuss your own observations and questions regarding the Danes or the other peoples in the Nordics. The specific challenges and clashes may be about cultural differences, but sometimes it's not about culture, but about personality.
