The world is what we make it. We can shape life by choosing what we focus on. We can transform life by choosing how we experience it and what we tell about it. Our stories define us as people, both individually and as a community. Physical actions reflect the mental processes. The stories we share and believe in become the world we live in. Consider a Storyworkshop if you want to: • Bringing a group closer together through performance and storytelling • Create a social space to share personal thoughts in a safe way • Incubate new members in a team culture through curious play • Reach a new purpose or set of values in a holistic way • Solve a relevant problem or get closer to a shared dream The program for a Storyworkshop basically looks like this: • Introduction to the day • The magic of storytelling • Storyboard and storyline • Pitch with feedback • Script and preparation • Video of narration • Supportive behavior design • End of the day Depending on the occasion and ambition, the participants work from a personal or collective perspective. The final product is a video with the narrative that the person or group has arrived at through reflection, improvisation and instruction. Laust teaches and facilitates with the assistance of a videographer.
