Transformation through experience

Time is characterized by great transformations. Society, companies and systems are undergoing rapid and radical change. Not always with the person at the center or with an eye for the larger context. It entails many futile efforts, great worries and an overuse of resources. The intention is there, but the manifestation is lacking. Imagine if it happened in a different way. Where purpose was clearer and activities made sense. Where joyful and life-giving experiences led to the desired learning and behavior. Where making a transformation was both easy, fun and rewarding. Transperience, transformation through experience, has been developed with the ambition to be able to do just that. Transperience brings together the design of experience, learning and behavior in one integrated process. Wow! and Aha! becomes Yes! Learning experiences with suitable challenges create new behaviour, personal habits and social routines. Strategic framing and staging are connected with communication, recruitment, onboarding and project management. Structure and culture are connected, and activities happen synchronously. In his inspiring lecture, Laust, the creator of transperience, talks about the path to the concept and the many opportunities it offers leaders of major transformations and change processes, such as in acquisitions and mergers of companies or in startups with rapid growth. During the presentation, Laust gives examples of how transperience increases the probability of realizing what you want in an inclusive and sustainable way.
