All teams may need a push from the outside. Especially remote and hybrid collaboration is something that can tease. This online workshop is your opportunity to find solutions to challenges in your work processes, task flow or project work. Since it takes place online, an obvious topic is your remote and hybrid collaboration. Preparation: Line Hviid always starts with a few preparatory conversations with the task setter, so that both the goals and form of the workshop match the desired outcome. The workshop gives you: - A joint conversation with a sharp focus on a common goal. - Concrete actions you can take afterwards, incl. names of those who must do it. - Brief summary of important points and the aforementioned actions. Addresses: - Teams in both small and large companies. - Line Hviid has particular experience with teams that work with development, tech and communication, but embraces all issues surrounding teams and their collaboration. - Up to 16 participants.
