Feedback workshop: Better communication, better work

A feedback culture does not come by itself. You must first learn the craft. And then you have to agree how you will incorporate it into everyday life.

Feedback is good. It increases both the quality of and learning in your work. But you have probably discovered that a feedback culture does not come by itself. You must give the feedback a boost. First you must learn the craft. Next, you must agree how you will practically integrate feedback into your daily life. And last but not least, you must commit to what was agreed. Preparation: - Line Hviid always starts with a few preparatory conversations with the task setter, so that both the goals and form of the workshop match the desired outcome. The workshop gives you: - A shared understanding of why it is important to communicate appropriately. And how you do it. - A crash course in constructive feedback. Both in theory and in practice. - A concrete plan for what you will start doing differently as soon as the workshop is over. For 10+ years, Line Hviid has helped managers and employees to optimize their work processes, strengthen mutual cooperation and increase human well-being. She has a master's degree in rhetoric with a background in science communication, i.a. in the field of stress and psychological work environment, and is today the host of the podcast De Agile Rødder. She is known as a lively and empathetic facilitator who is not afraid to say things as they are - in an appropriate way, of course.
