We all love improvements and they only come through change.

Change must make sense and create improvement for both company and employee in order to be successful. We are all different and therefore improvements are perceived differently by us people. Stanford University's study shows that our personality and our passion are far more important than our knowledge for our success. In this lecture, I will tell, in a down-to-earth way, HOW important your personality is and WHY it is so important for changes to become improvements.
