It is our personality and passion that is the driving force in our everyday life, also in business life.

Stanford University has conducted a study that shows that our personality and our passion are far more important than our knowledge for our success. In my lecture, I tell, among other things, about WHY it is like this and how you can help YOU to be even more successful in business. In this lecture, I will show, in a down-to-earth way, HOW important your personality is and WHY it is so important. It creates YOUR success and helps to create balance on the 3 levels, personally, family/friends and work/education. Participants gain insights into: • How important their personality is and why • Why it is important to know yourself and be yourself • How they use their personality to create the best job satisfaction and well-being • Why job satisfaction and well-being produce better results for people and companies It provides mental health.
