She emphasizes that sustainable solutions are EXACTLY defined by MEETING ALL 3 BOTTOM LINES: the economic, the social and the environmental. And that you don't have to be an idealist or a socialist to worry about sustainability. On the contrary, she emphasizes that a sustainable business model is essential for the survival of any company 

Sara is trained KaosPilot, has a diploma in sustainable business development and a Master's in Management and Innovation. For 5 years, she has run an independent business where she facilitates leadership and business development courses, and teaches on the MBA in the subjects: "Sustainable business development" and purpose-driven leadership". Sara is co-founder, teacher and coach at the leadership training course "Academy for Signature Performance" and Network Director for leadership network in F5. Previously, she was employed as a business developer at Erhvervshus Hovedstaden and Head of Partnerships at Red Cross. 

Sara communicates about sustainability and sustainable management in all types of organizations and at all levels of management. Her active, involving and energizing approach means that the participants gain great insight and high energy from participating.

Hun understreger, at bæredygtige løsninger NETOP er defineret ved at TILGODESE ALLE 3 BUNDLINJER: den økonomiske, den sociale og den miljømæssige. Og at man hverken behøver at være idealist eller socialist for at bekymre sig om bæredygtighed. Tværtimod understreger hun, at en bæredygtig forretningsmodel er afgørende for enhver virksomheds overlevelse 

Sara er uddannet KaosPilot, har et diplom i bæredygtig forretningsudvikling og en Master i Ledelse og Innovation. Hun har igennem 5 år drevet selvstændig virksomhed hvor hun facilitere leder- og forretningsudviklingsforløb, og underviser på MBA i fagene: "Bæredygtig forretningsudvikling" og formålsdrevet lederskab". Sara er med-stifter, underviser og coach på lederuddannelsen ”Akademiet for Signaturpræstationer” og Netværksdirektør for ledernetværk i F5. Tidligere har hun været ansat som forretningsudvikler i Erhvervshus Hovedstaden og Partnerskabschef i Røde Kors.
