Sara is trained KaosPilot, has a diploma in sustainable business development and a Master's in Management and Innovation. For 5 years, she has run an independent business where she facilitates leadership and business development courses, and teaches on the MBA in the subjects: "Sustainable business development" and purpose-driven leadership". Sara is co-founder, teacher and coach at the leadership training course "Academy for Signature Performance" and Network Director for leadership network in F5. Previously, she was employed as a business developer at Erhvervshus Hovedstaden and Head of Partnerships at Red Cross.

Sara er uddannet KaosPilot, har et diplom i bæredygtig forretningsudvikling og en Master i Ledelse og Innovation. For the lecture, you will get an insight into the background of the Inner Development Goals tool and the huge toolkit that is available free of charge. Finally, we test the tool in practice, and put it into perspective in relation to other management and change tools.
