Sara is a Certified Coach and team coach. She coaches managers who "can't see the forest for the trees", or who just want to have an external sparring partner regarding difficult management or life choices. Sara has a unique ability to quickly familiarize herself with your challenge, and a number of coaching methods and questions that make the conversation flow and leave the conversation with a greater insight and desire to act. You can expect to be challenged on your management style, your values, dreams, mindset, energy and self-confidence - and that she approaches you with great ambitions on your behalf. Sara coaches managers and middle managers from both larger organizations and the SME segment
