You get that with: - Introduction to 10 basic principles for Open-Mindedness and the research behind it - Insight into the Go Open-Minded approach to more flow and health in your everyday life - Concrete tools for your work life and private life; active listening, zooming, work with basic assumptions, fixations and expansion of awareness (GOM Openness training) Target group: The course is for you who want to work on your own development in relation to your working life and private life. For example, you may find that you are stuck in a situation in terms of work and private life, as you are not getting the most out of the skills and qualifications that you have already learned. You will experience a double effect of the workshop if you: - is very self-directed in your work - works with coaching of employees/clients - works with people who are affected by a life crisis, stress or psychological problems - has a focus on mental health
