The approach focuses on what gives you energy and how you find YOUR BALANCE continuously by working with your mental comfort zone and learning zone. I work dialogue-based and help you to become aware of which inner fixations are safe stops in your life, and which fixations are in reality blocks to your development. My inspiration comes from my own experiences of turning inner imbalances into personal superpowers in consulting and leadership positions in the private, public and voluntary sectors. I have a background from the consulting industry and the public sector as a manager of managers/employees. Today I am the founder and owner of the companies GOM - Go Open-Minded and Train Your Mind, author of the novel Another Mind and lecturer in mental health.
