Become a better leader in the future — be seen and heard is the course for you who want to strengthen your personal impact and be even more successful as a leader. Good communication skills are essential for you to achieve your goals as a manager. In the workshop, you get honest and concrete feedback on how others experience your communication, as well as insight and training in tools that give you even more impact when you have to communicate and lead. We meet the participants at eye level, and take as a starting point the participants' own experiences and experiences combined with theory, exercises, feedback and useful tools. No PowerPoint presentations — instead, hands-on training that gets under your skin and that you can use right away! All participants receive a diploma after completing the course. YIELD You gain insight into nonverbal and vocal communication and are strengthened in "reading" nonverbal communication You gain greater insight into how others perceive you and your communication You gain better self-understanding so that you become a more authentic leader You become better at creating consistency between your verbal, vocal and non-verbal communication You gain insight into how your communication can be targeted at different types of people You get to strengthen your impact You become better at inspiring, motivating and involving others CONTENT The workshop is spread over five days spread over three weeks. At the workshop you will get, among other things: Introduction to Johari's window and transaction analysis Insights into brain research in relation to cognitive positive psychology Work with sensory acuity Conversation practice, training in own communication and practice in observing Feedback on your communication skills Training in positive storytelling based on cognitive positive psychology Clarification of your values as a leader Exercises in visualization, active listening, effective meeting management and effective written communication Exercises in saying yes and no in a positive way, the elevator speech and pep talk Voice training and insight into what your body says about you Opportunity to work with inappropriate habits and patterns in your communication Opportunity to take the stage in practice with greater impact Alongside the workshop, you will write an assignment based on how you are personally challenged in your communication. The assignment greatly contributes to the noticeable benefit you get through the workshop and the insight you gain about yourself and your communication. PROGRAM Week 1: Day 1 Week 2: Day 5 Week 4: Day 8 Weeks 3-4: Assignment writing (read more about the assignment above under Content) and can be opted out of if you do not wish to do so.
