As an introvert, how do you drown out the motormouth at the end of the table?

Every day we miss important points from introverted employees who are not heard - either because they hold back or because it is impossible to drown out the motor mouth at the end of the table. Perhaps the best candidate was already sorted out at the job interview for not being sufficiently "on"! Many introverts feel challenged by the extroverted society that celebrates networking, radiance and impact. The strength of the quiet, well-thought-out and well-formulated has been overlooked.
