The aim is to create an understanding of Danish work culture in a management context. What is a good leader in Denmark? What will the leadership role look like in the future? and how do I navigate as a manager/employee effectively in this context
We work with a mutual awareness of bias and prejudice, and design concrete management strategies and tools that work in a Danish context. 

20% theory - 80% activation. Practice-based teaching, as far as possible based on their own experiences and challenges as well as practical examples.  An anchoring and establishment of a continuous network across departments is created to support the participants' further development in Danish culture.

The diversity agenda is "hot" in many ways; from age struggle, minority discrimination to quota thinking on gender. But what do we use all this talk for?

Perhaps a bit provocative, but what if we considered the organization as a delicious gourmet dinner, packed with fine ingredients, freshly imported from the best areas in the world and delicately combined to highlight the unique taste in each other. Would we then serve the dish before all the ingredients were included? Would we leave some of the selected raw materials on the kitchen table, and do without the sensual sensation on the tongue? Why do we do it with the human raw material? In this lecture, Tina gives an impetus for reflection on how you can bring the broad diversity into play as a strong competitive parameter and agrees to the cultural journey towards becoming a "Masterchef" at Talent.


Through case stories and constructively challenging questions, the focus is placed on what inclusive leadership actually means and what influence it has on your team's performance and organizational growth.
Based on a simple model and everyday examples (preferably from the company itself), "aha" experiences are created for the participants and thereby value-creating reflections that can be easily implemented afterwards and create the necessary behavioral changes for the execution of an inclusive organizational culture, as a strategic value-creating tool.

When most people think of bias, they think of a negative action taken on purpose. But the vast majority of our bias refers to unconscious forms of discrimination and stereotypes. that implicitly influence our behavior and decisions without our being aware of it. 
Our biases hinder decision-making, affect team dynamics and leadership opportunities, and can limit the company's diversity, innovation and competitive ability.

This feature for reflection aims to increase your understanding of unconscious bias, and identify when it occurs, so that together you can improve team awareness, cognitive diversity and create a more inclusive culture.

Arena is a completely new design, a team tool designed based on a fictitious company. You will be faced with a set of daily dilemmas that you will discuss and agree on actions on. Depending on your choices, the characters in the story will react. If you do it well, those in the game will feel included and experience a psychologically safe working environment.
The purpose of Arena is to learn about inclusion and psychological security through constructive discussions with diverse points of view in a trusting environment. This creates a "legendary approach to learning", and from there aha experiences about both your own and the team's inclusive (or lack thereof) behaviour.

Each game can be played by 2-5 players. (It is possible to use multiple games for multiple players). The playing time is approximately 2 hours. Subsequently, the intention is that your individual reflections are used to strengthen the inclusive culture in the team and the organization.

The game is in English - can be facilitated in English and Danish
