Finding job satisfaction starts with YOU. Personal development, self-development, self-management and identity are perhaps buzzwords in today's Denmark. But they also speak to a trend that is important for you as a manager to know: namely that your employees want their work to be more than "just" work. It must give them meaning and (work) JOY.
