Why is the energy you radiate more important than your goals?

With 10 years in the advertising industry and 20 years in his own consulting company, Bosebjerg Insight, Steen has worked with up to 100 different Danish and international corporate cultures. You learn a lot about management, people and cultures by being on the sidelines. Company cultures are different, but the themes of the challenges on the agenda have more commonalities than differences. Steen believes that there is a strong correlation between our ability to communicate and the results we achieve. Today, competitiveness is created through the intangible values, and here the employees are usually the company's most important medium. His 'belief' is called branding. As soon as we have a name or a CVR number, we are a brand that produces experiences non-stop. In Steen's world, branding is a management philosophy – i.e. a set of rules from which a corporate culture is built. Where people interact, energies also arise. It is the energies we check in to work with that determine how well we perform, and it is the energies we check out with that determine the surplus we have for family and friends. Energy is the fuel that binds the company's resources together. And here there is a world of difference between running on high-frequency or low-frequency energies.
