About Simon Sinek
Simon is an irrepressible optimist who believes in the bright future and our ability to build it together. He is described as a visionary thinker with a rare intellect, and imparts his knowledge to leaders and organizations. He has the goal that the majority of people should go home every day feeling inspired by his work. Related to this, he leads a movement that aims to inspire people to do the things that lift them up in everyday life. As a trained ethnographer, Sinek is fascinated by the leaders and companies that have the greatest impact on organizations around the world – including those that have the capacity to inspire. Through his observations, he has learned about some remarkable human patterns about how we think, act and communicate. He has dedicated his life to sharing his observations to motivate companies to act. Sinek's unconventional and innovative views on business and leadership have attracted great international attention and earned him invitations from managers at e.g. Disney, NBC, Pfizer and KPMG. In addition, he has also had the honor of speaking to the UN, the US Congress and US military units.
