Sabrina Abdullah is an external lecturer and supervisor in strategy, management and technology at Copenhagen Business School and an independent consultant. She has been researching Seamless travel and passenger experience for a few years, which can largely be transferred to industries other than the airport industry. In addition to academic work, Sabrina has been stationed as a business developer and manager for several years, and she has observed how employees interact and collaborate across culture, know-how and traditions. As a manager, it is essential to have leadership skills in dealing with having employees with different cultural and academic backgrounds. A leader must be able to devise individual tailored models to foster motivational factors that bring out the best in people. People are different and therefore motivation is not a universal tool. Today, Sabrina builds bridges between Danish companies and companies in the MENA region and Turkey. Business "as usual" is not a matter of course. It is always a good idea to familiarize yourself with the material before meeting other countries or cultures with which you wish to do business. It's the little things that sometimes carry the weight. Sabrina has participated in international conferences as a speaker within Holistic Management and Passenger Experience.
