Ole is a motivational guru in all aspects of his life. When you have experienced one of his lectures, you are guaranteed not only to have learned new, easy ways to become a better version of yourself – you have also learned how to motivate yourself to actually do it. At the age of 26, Ole was run over on his motorcycle, where he, among other things, broke his left leg in nine places. He was told that he would never walk without a cane but should be happy that he didn't lose his leg. He informed the doctor in question that instead of conforming to the doctor's prognosis, Ole would get better at everything he was already good at before the accident. After a tough, targeted rehab, which is still ongoing, he resumed ice hockey at a higher level, started running (15-20 marathons to date) and since turning 50 has completed one ironman a year, which he intends say to continue until he is 100 years old. Motivation and knowledge were and are the key to the above story, and that's a good bit of what you'll take home.
