Mogens is the author of the book "Learn how to put the Customer First!" who has conducted a series of seminars and workshops for Danish companies, where he has shared his knowledge of good working methods for how to develop, communicate and implement a customer satisfaction strategy at all types of service companies through a focus on the customer and "customer journey" including the customers' experiences as well as through the company's employees and not least the processes in the company.
