Mette Bloch studied physical education at the University of Copenhagen, and is a double world champion in rowing. She has studied psychotherapy and is an excellent speaker. She has also written the books "Become your own trainer", "Tør du blvne en vinder" and "12 minutes - 12 weeks". Mette Bloch has, through her long and successful sports career, as well as lecturing, tried most things. How does it feel when you don't live up to your own, but also other people's expectations? How does it feel to want something so badly and then suddenly get it? When the envy and the jantelaw subsequently come knocking, what do you do? The priorities in life change, and it can be difficult for those around you to relate to the fact that you are pursuing new goals. It can be difficult to change direction, and many therefore accept to stay where they are - more or less voluntarily. Because it is easier to stay where you are than it is to change direction. Mette Bloch's lecture is based on her many experiences throughout her long sports career. Mette Bloch vividly conveys her points and concrete mental tools, in a way that not many others can.

PANDORA A/S
HR – input – I thought that Mettes input was very relevant and quite funny – however I had expected her to incorporate Pandora and Marketing/Product in the session especially since she asked for direct input as to the difficulties in the department – she could with little effort have made it much more tailormade to Pandora by mentioning the company name and the departments here and there.
