Kirsten Stendevad has 15 years of experience as an inspirational speaker in the business world in Danish and English, and has held workshops at Harvard Business School, MIT, Simmons Graduate School of Management (the world's only MBA program for women only), McKinsey & co., Novozymes, Novo Nordisk, Nordea et al.Kirsten specializes in 21st century leadership, which according to research is more based on the feminine model than the 20th century leadership paradigm. She works daily as a leadership developer, mentor and facilitator helping leaders make the transformation from 20th century outdated work and management habits to 21st century mindset and practice. The lecture topics are based on Kirsten's 7 trend-setting books on different aspects of the 21 .century paradigms. Kirsten's most current topic is based on her latest Gyldendal Business book: The Future is Feminine - 7 Rules of the Game in 21st Century Leadership, which, among other things, is about how to solve the D&I problem from the root. Kirsten is also an expert in feminine leadership - i.e. a leadership in which women do not turn themselves into men, but are authentic - and can help organizations understand and get more benefit from the world's most untapped resource: yin intelligence in all genders, which is the only way humans can be competitive with AI. Kirsten also has experience in turning a crisis into a quantum leap and can give a moving and different lecture on stress.
