WIDELY USED LECTURER AT HOME AND ABROAD Grith Okholm Skaarup is a lively and insightful lecturer and expert. She communicates with great knowledge, presence and commitment about how we can challenge and develop future management, organizational design and working life. Presentations and workshops are tailored to the needs of the individual target group, so that it is always experienced as highly topical and relevant. The presentations draw on the latest trends, research and research in the field and on a rich and content-rich life of examples from twenty years of management and consultancy work in the private business world. Grith Okholm Skaarup's cases include e.g. TV2, Novo Nordisk, NNE, F5, Frie, Grundfos, NFI, Dansk Erhverv, Nokia, Tekne, Benjamin Media, Nordisk Film, Sociuu, DFI, Summit Consulting, RUC, AAU and CBS. She has taught at a large number of universities and business schools at home and abroad and for a number of years worked as a teacher and examiner at Copenhagen University superstructure in project management and experience economy and also as a permanent guest lecturer at Den Danske Filmskole and EU Media Business School. MANAGEMENT CONSULTING AND KNOWLEDGE COMMUNICATION ON HUMAN NEEDS IN TECHNOLOGY Grith Okholm Skaarup is the founder of Humtech, which provides management consultancy and knowledge dissemination about human needs in the technological development at the intersection between business, research and communication. She works with strategy, management consulting and knowledge dissemination to humanize the design of society, working life and management. She is also the host of the podcast Aftryk - humanity in a tech time and the podcast Fertility på frys - equality or the woman as a commodity. In addition to presentations and workshops, Grith Okholm Skaarup can also be arranged for shorter or longer courses such as moderator, facilitator, teacher or management coach, and is also used as an expert in e.g. media coverage and debate. BOARD WORK AND BACKGROUND Grith Okholm Skaarup is also a member of a large number of boards and Advisory Boards within e.g. healthtech, wellnesstech, robotics, AI, mental health, well-being and metacognitive therapy. She has a background as Partner and Head of Communication & Marketing at the consulting firm Workz, consultant at Zentropa Interaction and most recently as head of communications and CSR at the country's largest law firm Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten. She originally graduated with a master's degree. in communication from KU and Universitá di Bologna and post-graduate journalist from Denmark's Media and Journalism College.
