FC is recognized in Social Engineering and ethical hacking. With over 20 years in the industry, he is particularly known for his work in bypassing access control. In connection with its work within this very area, FC "breaks into" banks and government facilities worldwide. His work demonstrates the security weakness that exists and precisely because of this he helps various organizations to improve their security. Among other things, his motivation lies in helping individuals, organizations and countries to improve their security so that they are better equipped to defend themselves against malicious attacks. Throughout his career, FC has achieved titles such as Senior Penetration Tester and Head of Social Engineering and Psysical Assessments for several renowned security organizations. Furthermore, he has worked as Head of Cyber Research for Raytheon Missile Systems, where among other things he collaborated with the intelligence services and helped make the correct and most appropriate decisions when it came to national threats. He is currently Co-CEO and Head of Ethical Hacking at Cygenta. His clients include FTSE100 companies, several recognized banks in the UK and Europe as well as several government organisations. He is also co-founder of Surrey and Hampshire Hackspace and Defcon 441452 (Gloucester) ethical hacker group. In addition, he has co-hosted several podcasts, been in the press and often writes articles for magazines and blogs. FC and his wife, Dr Jessica Barker, are very important to various tech and science festivals, including the Cheltenham Science Festival, where in 2018 they were guest curators. Additionally, they play an important role in NCSC Cyber School's Hun, TeenTech and the Cyber Security Challenge. FC demystifies cyber security with his expertise, humor and passion. He is often used as a speaker at corporate events, security conferences and at universities and schools worldwide. He specializes in imparting his knowledge of cyber security to people of all ages in an engaging and engaging way.
