60-year-old Charlotte Bircow Næss-Schmidt is the woman who brought the fitness idea to Denmark. She was behind the first gyms, instructor training and introduced the training form spinning in the Nordics. Today, she has sold over 1.5 million fitness videos, written 7 books about health and is exhibited at the National Museum in the permanent exhibition of Danish history. Therefore, it is no exaggeration that Charlotte has helped to make exercise and training a part of our everyday life to that extent. But even though the popular lecturer and health expert made a breakthrough with the slogan "Buttocks of steel", her focus over 25 years on the health scene has always been to create health and well-being - physically and mentally.
