Food promoter and chef Charlotte Bay will challenge the habitual thinking in our food culture by making good everyday food with edible insects. As an experienced lecturer, she has visited libraries, companies and schools throughout the country. Even the country's prime minister has eaten at a table with insects on the menu. Book a lecture with Charlotte Bay and learn more about how you can get started cooking with insects and why insects are the most climate-friendly choice of meat. Pernille Grønnegaard, IKEA FAMILY: "There was great excitement about the "alternative" element. Several had to work up the courage, but were impressed by how delicious it all tasted. The experience was a topic of conversation for most of the evening.”

Jeg deltog ikke. Men vi har fået tilbagemeldinger på de tre foredrag i Farum. Generelt er tilbagemeldingen at hun var for usikker og at der var for lidt “stof” til 1,5 times foredrag.
