High performance without being overloaded is a balancing act. The answer to the right balance lies between your ears, and is about how you challenge yourself appropriately. Not too much - and certainly not too little either. Your brain needs to be challenged if you are to develop new skills. You must therefore challenge yourself (and others) appropriately if you want high performance without stress. There are 3 steps that must be present to challenge you properly, and the steps vary slightly depending on what type you are. Together with simple effective methods from the book, "Train your brain", the 3 steps and the different types form the core of Bo Staal's lecture The lecture is based on knowledge from recognized brain research, as well as Bo Staal's more than 20 years of experience in applying that knowledge in practice.
