As a specialist in green transition and NeuroStrategy, Bo Bresson has worked with strategy and sustainable transformation for more than 30 years at home and abroad. That experience has taught him, • that a green corporate strategy is more effective than a strategy for sustainability • that an effective strategy is written on one page • that successful strategy implementation is primarily a matter of collaborating with our brains When Bo talks about the brain, it's not about its layout (amygdala, neocortex etc.), but about how the brain works and how we use it to make visions a reality. Over the years, it has turned into several books on management and personal development, and Bo has appeared on radio and on TV on several occasions. As a co-developer as well as an inspirer and guide, Bo teaches you to use your brain to determine an ambitious and sustainable strategy and achieve the necessary changes. Bo is direct, honest and solution-oriented. He uses humor and presents practical tools – and gently provokes thought by challenging the beliefs that often stand in the way of companies, families and people realizing their full potential.
