Birgit now uses her experience of 43 years in IBM as a Business Pilot and Spiritual Wingman and helps managers and employees to become robust, and become able to weave the invisible threads that increase the energy, cohesion and meaningfulness in the company. This has resulted in savings of several millions on the bottom line. Birgit is passionate about the fact that work should build up and not break down the individual. Birgit Friis, is a certified international business & life coach, hypnotherapist, conflict resolver, facilitator, author, teacher and lecturer. She is considered by many to be one of the most experienced and competent coaches in Denmark. With her experience in spiritual leadership, the well-known focus on what can be measured and weighed is supplemented with what can be thought, felt and felt. She has just published a book about it entitled: Business Pilot & Spiritual Wingman.
