About Anne Birgitte Lindholm

Anne Birgitte Lindholm has lots of management experience and knowledge, which she draws on in her lectures and workshops. Her style is uncomplicated and very little academic, and her strength is speaking and writing so that everyone understands. She starts from practice, engages in dialogue with her audience and incorporates their experiences and challenges through dialogue exercises and questions for the audience. Since 2009, Anne Birgitte has held lectures and workshops for managers and employees, where she specializes in three management fields: Distance management, management without personnel responsibility/informal management and management in craft environments.  Anne Birgitte is the author of three books: - "Leaderskab på distancen - when you don't see your employees daily" (L&R Business, 2012) - "Master management - when you lead in a craft environment" (Akademisk Forlag Business, 2014) - "Leadership without personnel responsibility – 10 powerful tools" (Akademisk Forlag, 2016). She is a chemical engineer with a penchant for music, and she has more than 20 years of management experience as a middle and top manager and as an independent consultant and teacher.
