Allan is a process consultant, coach and lecturer. He is a piece of life and a fantastic communicator with the ability to transform difficult theory into exciting and powerful stories that speak directly into the audience's everyday life. Allan is engaging and highly humorous, and he leaves you inspired to take action. At the age of 23, Allan was involved in a terrible car accident where a young man fell asleep in his car and hit the car Allan was driving. Allan's sister died, and Allan was so badly injured that the doctors did not give him much chance of survival. Despite the doctors' predictions, Allan came back to life, joy and drive. Allan's mantra is: It is not so important what happens to you as what you choose to do with it!
