The seminar/introduction is called "WHAUU...now I understand!" - and is about how we are different as people. How it can be that some of us need long explanations and others want to be satisfied with short, clear messages, why our behavior is so different when we work in groups, and why someone is motivated by a task which downright demotivates others . The Enneagram is a personality type tool that provides thorough insight into what different factors really motivate people. It is a tool to understand oneself and others and thus create far better relationships, better communication, fewer conflicts, increased productivity and thus far better well-being. The Enneagram is based on nine different personality types that map people's behaviour, preferences and deeper patterns of action. Unlike other tools that describe human types and their behavior, the Enneagram explains both our behavior and the background of the current behavior. On the course, you get an in-depth description of the individual types and insight into each type's specific resources, as well as how these resources can be redeemed and used in everyday life. With that knowledge in your luggage, you are one step closer to becoming the absolute best version of yourself. When you understand yourself and others, you have the opportunity to create much better relationships - and thus achieve your desired goals - this be in business life as well as in private life! The teaching takes place through theory, good examples from everyday life, anecdotes and possibly small practical exercises. Preparation and material: I suggest that you invest in my book "The Enneagram" to some of the participants. The book describes approx. 150 pages The Enneagram and the 9 types very precisely. There are also lots of practical tips and tricks in the book. 1 piece is included. free of charge when purchasing my consulting service. The book can be purchased together with me, and costs DKK 220 per paragraph Alternatively, you can invest in our new introductory leaflet where the 9 types are described very briefly. The price for these is DKK 40 per paragraph In preparation for our joint day, I also always recommend that the participants take a properly validated typing test. We offer the world's most valid Enneagram test IEQ9 from Integrative Enneagram Solutions. The test is in Danish and more than 10 other languages, and can generate 2 different test reports: 1. The standard report/STD – approximately 20 pages of detailed description of the type, instinct variant, levels and much more – DKK 450 2. Professional Report/PRO – approximately 40 page description consisting of the Standard Report as well as leadership style, feedback guide, communication and decision-making style – DKK 900 Finances – including payment and other business conditions: My fee is DKK 20,000 for half days, and DKK 27,500 for full days, and there is a supplement for outside normal working hours.
