Ninja communication can raise employee and customer satisfaction

Do you think that the things we say and write to each other affect others' experience of us, our cooperation and our services? Your first reaction is probably "Yes, of course" (and maybe you even think that the question is a bit banal). We therefore also often hear the answer: "Yes, of course they do that - at least to a certain extent..." The exciting thing is that recent years of research in neurology, psychology and behavioral science have shown a large number of ways we influence each other in everyday life - without us realizing it in any way! The "boundary" for how and when we influence others (and ourselves are influenced by them) - without us noticing it - has therefore been moved significantly. A bit like a very skilled Ninja can achieve significant results - without being seen... During the lecture, you will therefore gain an exciting and useful understanding of: - Exactly what is happening in our brain and thinking - which makes us far more susceptible to influence than we normally think (and which is one of the "secrets" behind broadcasts such as "Fuckr med dn hjrne"). can a wide range of influences, which we may otherwise find completely incomprehensible, suddenly make good sense - and give us a number of new opportunities in our communication and collaboration. Concrete tips and tools for how you - quite consciously - can "Ninja-communicate". We look at how even small changes in what you say and write, how you dress and the way you decorate your premises - can make a big difference in the experience of others. - You will also get a number of examples from Danish companies, where they have increased customer satisfaction with products and services by 17 – 23% – just by slightly changing the words and phrases they use in communication.
