Get ready for conflict management

In the workplace, we experience from time to time that cooperation is challenged. What sometimes starts with a small disagreement can quickly escalate into deep conflicts with great personal and financial costs. However, conflicts are a natural part of life, which is why it is important to become aware of how we handle them in time and in a constructive way. This lecture helps the management and employees of the company to gain a greater understanding of why conflicts arise as well as tools for how we ourselves can become better at taking responsibility and ownership for our own behavior and actions. For many companies, there is great untapped potential in creating a more conscious conflict culture that can utilize the value and learning that comes out of conflicts. The key to better cooperation/relationships and fewer conflicts largely lies in our own awareness and behaviour. Through this, personal leadership is strengthened. Our communication, our being and our personal expression become more powerful and authentic when we learn to take responsibility for and be aware of our own being. We will then stand stronger in our own integrity. It is not weak to take responsibility for yourself, but rather super brave and liberating. When we take responsibility home, there will be a permanent positive change that can be felt in all relationships, both at work and in private. It is another way to create proactive conflict resolution. The lecture provides concrete tools for how we can gain greater awareness of our own behavior and development path and learn to understand and accommodate others better, so that conflicts are handled better when they arise The lecture inspires culture change and will leave participants thoughtful and inspired to take new steps towards a more sustainable corporate culture.
