"Oh, no, in a little while they'll find out that I don't know as much as they think I do!" Perfectionism. Imposter Syndrome. Low self-confidence. Performance anxiety. Dear child has many names, and although the names do not all cover the same thing, most of these things are connected. In this workshop, we tackle a few of the core problems and give you some tools that can be used from tomorrow. This means, among other things, that we will... - Learn how Imposter Syndrome and Narcissism are two opposite sides of the same coin. - Get tricks on how to keep your perfectionist tendencies under control. - Test what it means to look at yourself realistically and understand how others see you. It's all wrapped up in an interactive format, where everything is tested on one's own body. Rumor has it that it's not just an eye-opener, but also great fun!
