About Thomas Rex Frederiksen

Thomas is perhaps Denmark's leading expert in "Public Speaking" & "Personal Leadership". Current with the book "Can you speak?" Thomas helps managers, entrepreneurs, experts and others to get their ideas seen and heard. He helps them to use the stage more actively and with greater effect. And then he helps them to greater and more visible personal leadership. You cannot lead others until you can lead yourself. And Thomas' goal is to teach his audience to understand themselves as best as possible – their strengths, weaknesses, intelligence, personality, learning style, needs, motivational basis, values, etc. and take this as a starting point when they set goals and strategize – whether it is about self-development, organizational management, business development or their communication. For 10 years, Thomas ran the Nordics' largest lecture club with a focus on personal leadership and self-development (Speakers Club in Denmark & Elevate in Norway/Sweden). Here, Thomas was privileged to share the stage with more than 400 of the Nordic region's and the world's most talented lecturers, experts and motivational speakers. Thomas himself has given more than 400 lectures within communication, personal development and leadership. He has 25 years of experience in the education sector – the last 5 years as day-to-day manager of the Academy For Public Speaking. Thomas is also associated as a permanent teacher at IDA, the Leaders' Main Organization, the Machine Masters and the networks Presidents Institute & EGN and before Corona ran 16 leadership groups in F5. Today, Thomas works as a lecturer, business mentor, performance coach and lecture trainer. In his spare time, Thomas writes articles about personal leadership and about skiing, which are his great passions.
