Do conflicts prevent you from achieving the results you otherwise could have?
They probably do, because conflicts often lead to a number of other problems that many people don't think about:
• Employees and managers work less focused,
because the disputes drain them of
energy. And they may not dare to ask
colleagues questions in connection with their tasks
• Conflicts and poor job satisfaction at work
can often be read in sick leave
• If conflicts are not resolved in time, it can end up with
at least one employee quitting.

This workshop can be targeted at managers or employees.

Sometimes we are so afraid of disagreement that we wait far too long to do something. With this workshop you will gain a common language and a common understanding of the underlying mechanisms in conflicts. Not least, you get the tools to handle them.

Purpose
Conflicts are signs of commitment, and there is gold to be found in them. However, it requires that you prioritize handling the conflicts early and effectively. In this way, you avoid polarization and can at best keep the conflicts at a level where they are just disagreements. This is where you can draw learning and innovation from them.

There are a number of things you can do to reduce conflict in the workplace. The most important thing, however, is that you are not shy of conflict and that you take them in stride.

The day will be spiced up with your own dilemmas, which will be sent to Lise a week before the workshop.

If you are a group of managers, Lise would suggest expanding the workshop with the topics:
• Are you a manager? Then you own any conflict in your team.
• Know your responsibilities as a manager?
• The difference between being in the leadership role or the mediator role
• Who decides if you can mediate?


After the workshop, all participants will receive the book: Spin gold on conflict management (also available in English). We also agree on some form of follow-up via email.

Max number of participants 25. If there are more of you, the benefit will be best with 2 instructors. Lise naturally has candidates for that.

The more different team profiles you represent, the stronger you are. The difference requires that you understand each other, can read each other and adapt the collaboration according to each other's strengths and weaknesses.
We work with 6 different basic types, where we all consist of a mixture.

At the team level, you learn how to
• can strengthen cooperation
• use your differences so that they become a strength
• takes each other's weaknesses into account
You also get: 
• the answer to what characterizes each of the 6 types - both in relation to language, behavior and motivation
• overall feedback on how the different types are represented in the team and what this means for your collaboration
• a concise, written feedback on your own personal analysis, where you can see how much of each of the 6 types you have in yourself
You learn both to understand yourself and why some of the colleagues function completely differently in the team than you do. 

Team analysis + workshop provides great value, regardless of whether the team is relatively new or you have been working together for several years and need new ideas.

Before the workshop, everyone in the team answers a survey with 80 questions. We will then meet for a 3-hour workshop and review your results with room for reflection and discussion.
The analysis is based on People Testsystem's Team analysis tool for High Performance Teams and is based on 6 team types also called team profiles: Analyst, Visionary, Organiser, Initiator, Manager and Supporter.
