Policies for social responsibility and due diligence

Companies are expected to commit to good corporate behavior and thus also have policies and processes in place. The course is aimed at management and middle managers with responsibility for significant sustainability topics in the company. The course is a mix of presentations, discussion and exercises and includes: - Introduction to corporate social responsibility policies and practices - Identification of policy areas - Responsible supplier management and content for the Code of Conduct for suppliers - Implementation of policies (goals, actions, responsibilities) - Introduction to responsible corporate behavior with due diligence. Price is agreed and based on duration and number of participants.
